Shipping policy
OVERVIEW
This Shipping Policy applies to all orders placed with Quick Cartify. We work with global suppliers and fulfilment partners (including CJdropshipping) to deliver your products.
PROCESSING TIMES
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays).
Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
During peak periods (e.g. sales, holidays), processing times may be slightly longer.
SHIPPING TIMES (UK)
Estimated delivery times to the United Kingdom:
- Standard Shipping: 5–12 business days
- Economy Shipping: 7–15 business days
Shipping times vary depending on:
- Product type
- Warehouse location (UK, EU, or international)
- Courier availability

SHIPPING COSTS
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.
We may offer free shipping promotions, which will be clearly displayed on our website.
ORDER TRACKING
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.
Please allow 2–5 days for tracking information to update after dispatch.
MULTIPLE SHIPMENTS
As we work with multiple suppliers, your order may arrive in separate packages.
You will receive tracking details for each shipment where applicable.
CUSTOMS, DUTIES & TAXES
For UK customers:
- Most orders will not incur additional customs fees
- However, in rare cases, import duties or VAT may apply depending on the product's origin and value
Any such charges are the responsibility of the customer.
DELAYS & DELIVERY ISSUES
We are not responsible for delays caused by:
- Courier disruptions
- Customs clearance
- Incorrect shipping information was provided by the customer
- Events beyond our control (e.g. strikes, weather, peak demand)
If your order is significantly delayed, please contact us, and we will assist you.
LOST OR MISSING PACKAGES
If your order has not arrived within 30 days of shipment:
- Please contact us at info@quickcartify.com
- We will investigate and offer a replacement or refund where applicable
INCORRECT ADDRESS
It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the shipping address is correct.
If an incorrect address is provided:
- We may not be able to change it once the order is processed
- We are not responsible for lost packages due to incorrect details
UNDELIVERED / RETURNED PACKAGES
If a package is returned due to:
- Failed delivery attempts
- Refusal to accept delivery
- Failure to collect from the courier
We may:
- Issue a refund minus shipping costs, or
- Require payment for reshipping
DAMAGED OR WRONG ITEMS
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect:
- Contact us within 30 days of delivery
- Provide photo or video evidence
We will offer a replacement or refund in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.
